4 years in secondary school. Over these 4 years, I've been through so much... I've grown as a person and as a bboy... I've met some many people who've changed my life so much. Sad to say, it's all going to end soon. No more secondary school life in 1 more week. 4 years here in Northbrooks Secondary and it's gonna end in 1 week. It's kinda hard to believe. I'll be moving on in life... To somewhere new. Meet new people, experience new things and stuff like that, y'know? Looking back, secondary school life wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I really wanna thank all who have made my last 4 years a really good one.
Every single one of you who were once part of the Hwee Brothers Organisation(HBO) - THANK YOU.. Christopher, Hong Hwee, Wei Qun, Jia Jun, Jeffrey, Alton, Ganesh, Wei Sheng, Yang Yi, Guan Da, Ming Cheng and Kenneth. Although I don't really talk that much to some of you anymore but you guys made the early years of secondary school life so memorable and beautiful. I still remember getting into tons of trouble in Sec 1 and 2 for doing stupid things. Whenever my form teacher was pissed, it would always be me, Yang Yi and Wei Sheng's fault. I remember standing outside the class countless times and being sent to the principal's office once or twice. Hahaha.. Those were the days man.
Later on, I met the people who really motivated me to learn breaking. They brought out the passion for bboying in me. Jo, Ivan, Syafiq and Daryl. You 4 little turds... Lol. This may sound gay but I love all 4 of you. I will never forget all those times when we would stay back everyday after school just to break. You guys taught me my very first moves and all in breaking. Without you guys, I wouldn't have continued. I really love performing with you guys and would love to do so again if possible. Teacher's Day, Speech Day, Family Day, National Day... Whatever special day that the school was celebrating, we
rocked it! I wanna thank the 4 of you for all the memories and happy times. Never forget our special handshake yea?
After meeting Jo, Ivan, Syafiq and Daryl, I met the people who would eventually become my crew mates. All you peeps who are currently part and once part of Inertia, I'll never ever forget all the times we had together. Dome, Nic, Kok, Weeter, Chiro, Jia Qi, Mikki, Dax, Jocelyn, Siak, Marcus, Jordan, Dehui and last but not least Clarence. I still remember all the times when we would throw each other's heads into the walls and that made the public think we're retards and all. Lol. You peeps remember the time when we pretended to kick Marcus' arm in the MRT Station and when we did, he bulged his arm out and some people thought he broke his arm? Wahahaha that was classic.
The 6th floor has and always will have a special place in my heart cos thats where tons of things happened for Inertia. That's where we first sessioned with Jia, where I first breaked with Dome, Nic, Clarence, Kenneth, Jordan, Chiro and Dax. Remember all the times when we got chased away from Causeway Point 6th floor? We would whine and all but come back 10 minutes later and get chased again. We didn't care what others thought about us at Esplanade. We would make tons of noise and not practice... Hahah! Slowly, we all improved into what we are today. I'm really proud of every single one of you. To all who've left Inertia, I wish you guys the very best in life. To all who are and have always been reppin' hard for Inertia, THANK YOU and let's work hard for Floorskillz '06! I love y'all.
The Mooncakes. You guys are the people who I hang out with in and outside school. You guys are more than a clique to me... You guys are my brothers. Wei Tze, Yang Yi, Brandon, Alton, Hong Hwee, Christopher and last but not least, Wei Sheng. I miss all the times we mugged together at Yishun's Burger King and that one time which we didn't really mug... Changi Airport. Wahahaha. You guys have always brought me tons of laughter and joy. Sec 3 and Sec 4 life would have been so dull and boring without you peeps around. I love you all. All the best for your exams! Lets go for a huge DotA session after Os aight?
